Sheri Brake B.Comm, MIR, CPHR
Principal
Sheri is an HR Professional, Facilitator, Workplace Investigator, and Policy Expert. She established AccessHR Inc. with the goal of focusing on high quality, ethical and creative human resources services.
Sheri has more than 20 years of HR experience, working with public, private and not-for-profit
organizations. She has developed expertise in workplace investigations, employment legislation and policy, talent management, organization design, strategic planning, and leader development.
She is motivated by complex data analysis and policy work and feels most at home with her sleeves rolled up in a creative and fast-paced project.
As a lifelong learner, she holds a B.Comm from Dalhousie University, a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and certificates in Career Coaching, Project Management, Workplace Trust, Workplace Restoration, Professional Coaching and ITIL. She is also a Certified Workplace Investigator and is a designated HR Professional (CPHR).
Sheri is the President of the Ugandan Girls Scholarship Foundation, a registered charity that provides scholarships to girls who would otherwise be unable to attend school.

Carey Con

Carey is a Senior Consultant with over 25 years of experience including expertise in workforce planning, program and policy design, system evaluation and documentation.
For the past 10 years Carey has consulted on projects with multiple organizations to develop and deliver common sense people solutions. His work has included working with executive leaders to harmonize, integrate and communicate programs and policies across companies in Canada and the US. Project focus has included both HR projects and leadership responsibilities incorporating his process, project, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Roland is a senior Human Resources professional with 25+ years of experience as an HR generalist and leader who can collaborate with individuals at all levels in an organization to facilitate the creation and maintenance of inspiring and engaging workplaces. Steve is a Career Coach and Career Consultant with extensive experience working with hundreds of career transition clients. Bruce Randall

Most recently Bruce served as founding Executive Director of Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council for 12 years before stepping away to focus on his consulting and personal interests.
